I wish I’d taken this step years ago.

… I appointed Corporate & Commercial Limited as our credit controllers in January 2015.

I did this through a due sense of exhaustion and I was very cautious as to how my clients would react to a third party chasing them for money.

Six months in I can say hand on heart that I wish I had taken this step years ago. I no longer need to have awkward conversations with clients regarding payment and there has been no relationship problems arising from the new regime. I say regime but in actual fact I would call it added value all around.

I will continue to do what I can to support Corp & Comm. Trust in that!
